GTA Liberty City Stories Cheats For PSP (PlayStation Portable)

Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is one of my favorite games for the PlayStation portable. Why? Because as a teenager I used to love playing GTA: Vice City. Unfortunately nowadays I rarely have enough free time for gaming. Luckily the PlayStation Portable has a perfect solution: I can play almost all of my favorite games on the go whenever I need to take a break from work or other everyday activities.

GTA: Liberty City Stories

Grand theft auto gta liberty city stories cheats

I love open world games where I am free to cause all sorts of trouble. And while Liberty City stories doesn’t take place in my favorite city, Vice City, the game still allows me to let off some of the steam by punching an unsuspecting pedestrian in the face or beating up a cop with a baseball bat. Hijack a bunch of cars, line ’em up nicely and blast ’em with a rocket launcher- a perfectly normal way to spend the afternoon, don’t you agree?

Cheat sheet for GTA: Liberty City Stories

Doing missions for respect and money is one thing, but soon enough you will get tired of all that. I promise. Eventually you will find yourself wandering around town causing all sorts of carnage just for kicks. But even that can get tiring after a while.

Fortunately the game comes with some pretty decent built in cheats that you can use to make the gameplay a little more interesting. For example, would you fancy every driver in the game drive their car like you instead of being a model citizen?

Below is a list of my all time favorite cheats for GTA Liberty City Stories. There are more than what I have listed here of course, but most other cheats are plain crap compared to these. When you combine all of the cheats below I will guarantee that you’ll have yourself a pretty insane setup.

Aggressive Drivers Cheat

Use the Aggressive Drivers cheat below to make the drivers, well, more aggressive. When you activate this cheat all the drivers in the game ride around recklessly. They drive over pedestrians, ignore red lights, bump into others for no reason and go way above the speed limit. All in all they will drive just like You!

Destroy All Cars Cheat

Fancy playing a God? With the Destroy All Cars cheat you can easily blow up every vehicle around you in one swift move. Be careful not to blow yourself up in the process!

Never Wanted Cheat

You can easily make the police look the other way with the Never Wanted cheat. When active, no matter how much trouble you cause, the police, the secret service and the military will all leave you alone. Go on a killing spree without being shot down!

Never Wanted Cheat for GTA Liberty City Stories

Pedestrians Attack You Cheat

Most pedestrians in GTA are wussies. They get scared easily and run away when you shoot at ’em. How would you like to make them more violent, just like you? When you activate the Pedestrians Attack You cheat, all the pedestrians around you will come running towards you in rage and fury!

Pedestrians Attack You The Player GTA Liberty City Cheats

Pedestrians Have Weapons Cheat

Having more aggressive pedestrians in the game is great, but most of them come at you swinging their bare fists which is kinda boring if you ask me. When you activate the Pedestrians Have Weapons cheat, however, you give them a fighting chance against you. Once active all the pedestrians carry random weapons. Yes, that includes the rocket launcher.

Pedestrians Have Weapons Cheat GTA Liberty City Stories

Pedestrians Riot Cheat

With all of the above cheats combined, this is the final step towards a city-wide apocalypse. When you activate the Pedestrians Riot cheat the entire town goes batshit crazy! You will see people breaking stuff, stealing stuff, beating each other up and driving recklessly in their cars. In my opinion this cheat is best combined with the Pedestrians Have Weapons cheat.

Random Pedestrian Outfit Cheat

The best way to fit in is to look like everyone else. When you activate the Random Pedestrian outfit your character will turn into a random pedestrian. Keep applying the cheat until you get your favorite!

Weapons Cheats (Set 1, 2 and 3)

There are quite a few handy weapons in GTA: Liberty City Stories. You can unlock all of them by using the three cheats below- each one unlocks a set of weapons to inflict pain upon your enemies. The choice of the weapons set depends largely on your overall gaming style.

Weapons Set 3 Cheat GTA Liberty City Stories

Most INSANE setup for gameplay?

With the list of my favorite cheats for GTA: Liberty City Stories above you can enjoy one of the most insane gaming setups possible within the game without hacks or mods.

If you’re up for some serious challenge I recommend a combination of the following cheats:

  1. Aggressive Drivers
  2. Pedestrians Attack You
  3. Peds Have Weapons
  4. Peds Riot
  5. Weapons Set (1, 2 or 3)

As you can see I excluded the Never Wanted cheat to make the game even harder. Not only do you have to handle the mad pedestrians, you’ll also have to watch out for the police.

Can you make it from one side of the map to the other in one piece?

Run games comparison: Which Run game is better and why?

The Run game series hasn’t changed much since the first game came out back in 2008. When compared to Run 3, you can notice only slight changes in the physics engine. The alien creature has remained virtually untouched over the years. The biggest difference between the first Run game and the games that follow is the setup of the levels themselves. All levels in the original game were essentially simple tunnels with 4 walls while the newer versions feature more complex shapes. Word is out that the 5th Run game comes out soon so make sure to bookmark the Run 5 Unblocked website for future reference!

Run games comparison

Run 1 gameplay review ynef.net pictureWhile all of the Run games are essentially 3D infinite runners, there are certain aspects that make each game unique. I already mentioned the original Run game or Run 1 which was released way back. To be fair, it opened the door for a whole new game series, but it really lacks that professional touch.

Run 1 gameplay isn’t all that intuitive and smooth. And while it won’t be a problem for the most part, you’ll feel it immediately when you rotate the level around by jumping on the walls. The game essentially stops for a brief moment and it can become an annoyance when you’re after a more continuous experience.

When compared to Run 2, the music in Run 1 is way better. What the hell were they thinking when they came up with soundtrack for the 2nd game anyway?

Run 2 overview

Run 2 gameplay review ynef.net pictureWhen you play Run 2 you will notice that a lot of the levels don’t have walls around them. Instead you are to navigate the floating platforms and move upside down occasionally in order to progress.

Run 2 can be quite confusing at first because there is no clear path for you. You have to figure out where to jump off in order to rotate the level and land on the ceiling. If you have ever played Kula World on PS1 then you’ll know what to expect from Run 2.

Oh and what’s up with the music? It almost sounds like the developers tried to create 8-bit retro music and failed. Miserably.

Run 3 overview

Run 3 gameplay review ynef.net pictureWith the release of Run 3, however, you can clearly see progress in terms of game development. Right off the bat you have the more user friendly and beautiful menu screen waiting for you.

Dig a little deeper and you’ll find various other perks not present in the previous games.

For example your alien creature moves much more elegantly. The arrow keys as well as the jump key seem to respond a lot better. The overall gameplay feels “cleaner” than in the previous games and I will probably never grow tired of the music present in Run 3.

There are only 3 music tracks available (to my knowledge) but they’re really, really good. One of them seems to use the Cube preset from the Sytrus synth. Which is one of my personal favorites. I used a slightly modified Cube for my latest music track, the Wandering around the 3:12 mark. Go ahead, listen to it!

Conclusion

Run 3 is hands down the best Run game out there. Run 2 tried to be a little different, but in my opinion failed to deliver. And finally Run 1, while mostly suitable for the nostalgia, is still a better choice than the 2nd game.

Happy Wheels: A game featuring ragdoll physics and flying body parts

Do you like weird games? How about a game with crazy, death defying stunts done by a crippled man in a wheelchair? Or how about a ride through a meat grinder as a father with his son in the back of a bicycle? If this got your attention, you will probably enjoy spending the rest of your afternoon playing Happy Wheels Unblocked. It’s a game that features hilarious ragdoll physics and lots of flying body parts. Indeed, the game is very gore-y when you consider the fact that even the smallest bump or crash has the potential to rip you apart. Literally.

Happy Wheels Main Logo Screen ynef.net Review

Happy Wheels Overview

Happy Wheels stuck in grinder ynef.net reviewHappy Wheels, originally created by Jim Bonacci in 2010, is a simple and minimalistic browser based single-player game.

Your goal as a player is to traverse the various levels using different, often atypical vehicles including a SegWay and a Wheelchair, just to name a few.

If you remember the motorcycle stunts game, Elasto Mania, then Happy Wheels should feel very familiar. The game has a similar concept with the added gore element.

Whenever you fall, hit your head or crash in some other horrible way, you can be sure to lose a limb or two.

There’s lots and lots of blood and guts flying around in Happy Wheels which makes the game’s title even more comical. In a dark humor kind-of way. I love it!

How to play Happy Wheels

The main controls are the arrow keys which control your movement. Press UP to accelerate, DOWN to decelerate, LEFT and RIGHT to lean in that direction.

Additionally every character has a special move depending on their vehicle. You can trigger that using the SPACE key.

For example the crippled bum in a wheelchair will activate its nitro boost when you press SPACE. Or if you’re playing with the SegWay guy, it will make him jump in the air.

Furthermore, the CTRL key will allow you rotate the nitrous oxide tank on the wheelchair and will eject the kid off the bicycle when you ride with the father and son character.

Happy Wheels Controls

Here’s the tldr; version of what I just said:

  • UP – Accelerate
  • DOWN – Decelerate
  • LEFT – Lean left
  • RIGHT – Lean right
  • SPACE – Special move (or grab when ejected)
  • CTRL – Rotate nitro, eject kid, etc.
  • Z – Eject

How to grab stuff

You can also eject yourself from the vehicle completely using the Z key. If you then press the SPACE key, your character will perform the grab move.

If you pay close attention, you will see how his fingers move as you press the SPACE key. Make sure to keep holding the key down otherwise you will release and fall.

Happy Wheels SegWay Guy Grabbing Ledge Ski Lift

Grabbing is useful in the Snowy Mountain level, for example, where the only way to continue from the start is to grab the ski lift.

Video of me trying to finish the “It keeps happening” level

To finish off the article here’s a video of me playing one of my favorite levels in Happy Wheels. I think it’s a decent representation of what the game is all about.

Sure, it can be annoying at times, especially when you keep failing over and over again like me. But it’s fun at the same time. I love it how certain levels have clever traps for you. Or the landmine that rockets you straight into deadly spikes.

The game is full of surprises and plenty of “wat moments”. And that’s what makes it so epic.

Run3 Gameplay And Short How To Play Guide

Run3 is an amazing 3D forward running game and a predecessor to Run 4 developed by Kongregate. The game features simple, yet beautiful space-like graphics and the background music is literally out of this world. Because the entire Run game series is one of my personal favorites, the following article might be just a little bit biased. That said, let’s take a closer look into Run 3 and find out what this game is all about. If you are having trouble playing the game, you might want to try the Run 3 Unblocked website.

Run3 Gameplay

Run3 Gameplay running through space ynef review

Run3 is very similar to all the other Run games in the series. The goal of the game is to run forward, avoid obstacles and reach the end of the level. What’s notable in Run3 is the fact that you can choose to run forever. The infinite run feature makes it so the game never ends. Combined with awesome, slightly psychedelic/DNB background music, the entire game looks like one big mind trip.

Highly addictive space game

The fast-paced music along with the immersive and seamless gameplay make Run 3 quite addictive. Oftentimes I would spend hours playing the game when originally I only intended to take a break for about 15 minutes.

Run3 offers numerous hidden levels and various other unlockables like different characters and game modes. And when you consider the infinite run game mode, it isn’t hard to imagine why you would spend way too much time behind this game.

Don’t let the cute little alien creature and very basic game graphics fool you. It’s a serious game where levels get incredibly complex as you venture deeper into the infinite space.

How to play Run 3

The controls are rather simple and consist of only the arrow keys and the space key. Naturally you move the character around using the arrow keys and jump over gaps and other obstacles with the space key.

Additionally you can pull up the menu by pressing the esc key. In the home screen you can take a look at the Galaxy Map which tells you exactly where you are and how far you have progressed. Because the game automatically saves your progress you can come back the next day and continue your journey from where you left off.

Obstacles you should avoid

Run3 Gameplay Running Avoid Breaking Floor ynef review

One of the most annoying obstacles in Run 3 is the breaking floor. These tiles have a grey color with a distinct cracked pattern. Similarly to other games, the breaking floor falls off shortly after you step on it.

What makes it so bad in Run 3 is the fact that if you step on one, all of the other tiles connected to it will start to fall as well. This leaves you with very little room to stand on. Your best chance is to avoid the breaking floor tiles for as long as possible.

In certain levels you will find various blocks and other shapes on the ground. Avoiding these is rather simple, just run past or jump over them.

And just in case you didn’t know, you can walk on the walls as well. Simply move the character against the wall and it will become the new floor as the whole level rotates around you. How cool is that?

Vice City Multiplayer: The Glitch Hunters from Ankeborg’s Playground

GTA Vice City Multiplayer or VC-MP for short is well known for its numerous bugs and glitches. Oftentimes all you have to do in order to glitch into a wall, for example, is to jump towards it at a right angle and let the game’s crappy physics take care of the rest. With a couple of tries you should find yourself stuck inside a wall of a building in no time!

Back when me and Comendante were regulars in the Ankeborg RPG server, we started a group called The Glitch Hunters. The goal of the group was simple: seek out and document all the glitches and bugs in Vice City.

We would upload gaming screenshots and post them in the forum with a brief description that explained how to replicate the glitch.

It didn’t take long for the group to gain popularity and soon enough most of the regulars like Sprinter, Falcon, Tuntis, Bandit, Feron, etc. were all glitching into things and posting their screenshots on the message board. Man, those were the times.

Too many glitches!

After we discovered the first couple of glitches we were naturally excited and wanted to share them with everyone else. However we soon realized that pretty much every building, tree and dumpster could potentially be glitched into.

This grim discovery was one of the reasons why we eventually decided to just stop. I mean come on, the whole game was one big glitch!

Noticeable Vice City Multiplayer glitches

While most glitches in Vice City Multiplayer just make you disappear into the wall from the other guy’s perspective, there are some that actually look kinda cool. Here’s an example where I successfully glitched into a booth in Escobar International airport:

GTA Vice City Multiplayer Escobar International Glitch Booth

Here’s what it looks like from the inside:

GTA Vice City Multiplayer Escobar International Glitch In Booth Inside View

As you can see it’s pretty boring on the inside. But most of the glitches in Vice City are like that. They just look so much better from the outside.

However more often than not, when you glitch into something, you will be able to see through the walls. Take a look at this glitch found Downtown in the Roxor building:

Downtown - roxor building Vice City Multiplayer

I don’t have a screenshot from the outside view, but the other guy can only see your username somewhere inside the walls. They can’t see you at all!

Starfish Island Balcony glitch

This one is one of my personal favorites. It’s located in the middle of Starfish Island, inside a small house with a lot of trees and bushes in the backyard. In single player mode you can find a yellow Stinger near the garage.

The glitch is my favorite because it looks awesome and provides excellent cover from deranged criminals. You’re essentially inside the wall so nobody can shoot you. The bullets just bounce right back. I also love it because I happened to own the house in the RPG server.

Starfish Island - Ynef's house - Vice City Multiplayer

Getting there

If you want to glitch onto the balcony you have to first glitch inside the room below.

  • On the ground floor jump on the railing. Try to position yourself facing towards Little Havana while your head is inside the ceiling.
  • When you jump from here you should end up within the walls of the building.
  • The next step takes a little more practice, but your goal is to do a running jump and get through the transparent wall onto the balcony.
  • Beware of stepping onto the transparent ground as you will fall through the game and be teleported in the middle of the street just outside the yard.

Useful teleportation glitch

While most of the glitches found in Vice City Multiplayer are pretty much useless because you can’t get out of them afterwards, there are some which can be rather useful.

For instance, how would you like to be instantly teleported from Prawn Island to the police station in Little Havana?

How to Teleport from Prawn Island to Little Havana

Prawn Island - Inside The Wall - Vice City Multiplayer

  • While riding any type of bike go into the wall from the side as shown on the above screenshot.
  • Continue riding deeper into the wall on your bike until about 5 bike lengths.
  • Press enter to get off the bike.
  • The loading screen should appear and next thing you know, you’re in Little Havana!

I’m still not sure why this glitch teleports you so far away, but nevertheless it works every single time. Most of the time these types of glitches only teleport you to the closest solid ground.

This glitch can become in handy next time you’re running from the police. Oh and It also works in single player mode!

3 best games that your loyal netbook can handle easily

Is it just me or are the laptops nowadays just not made to last? Take my old MSI Wind U100 netbook for example. It has fallen out of my bag and onto the pavement. I have spilled coffee on the keyboard more times than I’d like to confess. I have dropped it from a height of at least two to three feet many times. It has lost almost all its screws and the casing is completely busted. Yet somehow it’s still alive!

Indeed, the MSI Wind U100 is one resilient beast. While all my other laptops have eventually worn out and died over the years, this ancient netbook still works. While most of the time it’s only useful for simple tasks like browsing the web or writing articles, I still find myself occasionally playing certain old-school games for pc on it that have low minimum system requirements. Continue reading to find out three of the best games you can play on an old netbook.

Max Payne 1Max Payne 1

If you like action packed third person shooters then you will absolutely love Max Payne. The entire game is essentially a flashback where the player finds out what happened to the main protagonist, Max Payne. A former NYPD officer who comes home one night from a hard day’s work to find his wife and their newborn baby brutally murdered. He also learns that the killers were high on a new designer drug called Valkyr.

Max gets transferred to the DEA shortly after the funeral in hopes to find the killers responsible and maybe, just maybe put an end to the Valkyr craze which has escalated into a full blown epidemic throughout New York City.

Three years later, as luck would have it, he finally gets assigned as an undercover agent with a mission to infiltrate a notorious drug trafficking ring, the Punchinello family. Unfortunately the mission goes south and he finds himself wanted by the NYPD for killing his colleague. He must also run from the mafia because they now know his real identity.

Tomb Raider 1 Lara Croft Core DesignTomb Raider 1

Wow. I still can’t believe that this epic third person action-adventure game is two decades old already!

In 1996 a British video game developer, Core Design, did what nobody had ever done before. They managed to gracefully combine beautiful scenery and landscapes with violence and gore typical to action games of the era.

On top of everything they stuffed the gun in the hands of a sexy female! With complex puzzles to solve and tombs of long forgotten kings to uncover, this game is unlike any other.

The plot revolves around a young woman, Lara Croft, who is on a mission to retrieve a mysterious and powerful artifact from the tomb of Qualopec somewhere within the mountains of Peru.

However shortly after she finds the artifact, she realizes that there are two more hidden away in different parts of the world. Additionally the rich businesswoman, Natla, who sent Lara on her quest seems to have her own hidden agenda.

GTA Vice City Tommy Wrecking CarGrand Theft Auto: Vice City

Released in 2002, Vice City is the 4’th edition in the GTA game series. For all the open world game fans out there, Vice City will probably stand out the most for many years to come.

The plot revolves around Tommy Vercetti who is a former member of the Forelli cartel. He arrives in Vice City to take care of a cocaine deal which unfortunately ends badly and he loses both the drugs and the money to unknown thugs.

Now he has to answer to Sonny Forelli, the head of the Forelli family, and recover the lost merchandise. On his quest for finding the cocaine Tommy makes contact with various criminals until he climbs high enough to find out who ambushed the deal.

As the game progresses, Tommy quickly becomes one of the most feared and respected men in Vice City. A fictional place that closely resembles Miami in the 80’s.

Haunted Motel is a VR Horror Game For Android (Google Cardboard)

Virtual reality horror games have quickly gained popularity among gamers after Google introduced their first VR headset prototype, the Google Cardboard, back in 2014. Now, for the past two years developers of vr horror games have been busy working on their projects and we can already enjoy some of the most insanely terrifying games like Silent Home, 11:57, House of Terror and Sisters, just to name a few.

These games, coupled with my overall fascination in virtual reality technology, have inspired me to start developing my own vr horror game for Android phones. The game is called Haunted Motel.

VR Horror Games Haunted Motel Android Cardboard

Haunted Motel – A work in progress

I don’t remember the exact date any more, but I think it’s safe to assume that I started developing Haunted Motel somewhere in the second half of May, 2016. I know this because, earlier that month, I had published a very basic how-to guide on virtual reality game development.

On a side note, I didn’t intend to give the game a lame name (wow) such as this. At first, I was considering a fancier name like the Lakeview Motel, but because it’s a demo, I figured Haunted Motel will work just fine for the time being.

That, and I was just too eager to publish it on the Play Store to bother with the tedious name picking process.

horror games vr virtual reality haunted motel screenshot

Why do I say the game is still a work in progress?

Because I don’t plan on ending the game any time soon! In fact I’m hoping to get enough feedback and NEW ideas from gamers themselves and implement those directly into the game as we move forward.

I think it would be epic if this project would turn out to be a kind of social vr horror game where anyone can add a piece of their imagination.

Of course I am going to add more content to the game on my own as well, but that requires time and being “in the zone” which is, unfortunately, kind of rare to happen these days. Come to think of it, adding other people’s ideas will require the same amount of work, if not more. Damn. Anyone willing to lend a helping hand?

At this point, I am still unsure where the game will “end up” as I am planning to, eventually, leave the building altogether and get the player on the streets. You know, Silent Hill style, but as a vr horror game.

Haunted Motel’s Storyline

As of right now the game doesn’t have a decent storyline. Instead it’s meant to kind of show off my skills as a game developer in general.

The only real story that I have added into the game so far is the note which you can find under the main staircase. In the note the motel’s administrator briefly welcomes a newly appointed janitor.

Short walkthrough

That said, the game starts after you’ve entered the motel building. To your right you can see the administrator’s office (locked) and to the left there’s a small storeroom with a bloody newspaper on top of some shelves.

As you move forward, you’ll eventually find yourself in the center of the building with stairs going to the 2nd floor (unfinished) and two narrow corridors leading both left and right.

virtual reality vr horror games android haunted motel cardboard headset

At the end of these corridors, on both sides, there’s a small room where people can hang out and smoke a cigarette, for example.

Each corridor leads to two additional apartments so on the 1st floor there are a total of 4 apartments. But since it’s a demo, you can currently only enter one of them.

It’s up to you, the player, to figure out how to enter that room. All I can say at this point is that you will first need to enter the administrator’s office where you’ll find (surprise surprise) a key. It’s not really that difficult.

The hauntings

In the demo the player has a chance of meeting a ghost. Well, sort of. While you can’t interact with it directly, it is supposed to scare you from afar. For those afraid of jump scares, you’re in luck because right now there aren’t any. Promise.

Haunted Motel vr horror game virtual reality cardboard android

While not directly hinted throughout the game itself, the ghost is in fact a burned man who died in a fire a few years earlier. The 2nd floor is still unfinished, but *spoiler alert* there will be a room completely burned down. This is where the guy used to live. Anyone care to tell his story?

Future plans

For the more observant bunch, I’ve added a few subtle clues on the noticeboard in the main hallway. These should give you an idea on what to expect from the vr horror game in the future. You will have to actually play the game though. I’m not going to reveal anything else.

And, as I said earlier, I am eventually hoping to be done with the motel building and put the player on the streets where they can wander around and enter other, more interesting houses.
