Apartment 302 is a short Virtual Reality experience which takes you straight into Henry Townshend‘s living room from the game Silent Hill 4: The Room.
In case you didn’t know, Henry is the main character in the Silent Hill 4 game and one day when he woke up from a nightmare he realized that he could no longer leave his apartment. This short VR game takes on a similar approach without the horrific hauntings from the original game.
I’ve used three of the best songs from the game’s soundtrack as background music and you can switch between those by interacting with the stereo system by the window.
Sit back on the couch and listen to some good melancholic music. Let Mary Elizabeth McGlynn, the singer, soothe your lonely soul with her beautiful voice.
Here’s an older article about the game when it had crappy graphics and you couldn’t interact with anything. I haven’t yet written a new article for it, but I have taken the time to come up with a much better solution, both graphics and performance wise. Additionally you can now interact with the stereo system and the couch!
As of 2017 the game is finally available on the Play Store!
